Is the consultation really free?
Yes — completely. We do not charge buyers a fee, and the first conversation costs nothing whether you list with us, buy with us, or decide to wait. We get paid only when a deal closes.
How fast will I hear back?
Same business day for most messages, and always within one business day. If you add a phone number we will usually call first; otherwise we reply by email.
Where do you work?
Across Ontario, with the bulk of our work in the Greater Toronto Area (Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville, Burlington, and surrounding cities). Outside the GTA we will refer you to a trusted local agent if it is the right move for you.
I am just starting to look — is it too early to talk?
No. We have this conversation with first-time buyers months before they buy. Knowing the market, mortgage timing, and what your budget actually buys is the part that takes time. Reaching out early costs nothing and saves stress later.
