The listing data displayed on the Site is provided under copyright by the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) and other MLS® systems. This data is intended for the personal, non-commercial use of consumers who have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of The Couple Estate or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

The MLS® trademark and associated logos are owned by the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and identify the quality of services provided by real estate professionals who are members of CREA.

5. User Submissions

When you submit information through our contact forms or inquiry forms, you:

• Confirm that the information provided is accurate and truthful
• Consent to being contacted by our team or associated real estate professionals
• Acknowledge that your inquiry may be forwarded to the relevant listing agent or brokerage

6. Third-Party Links and Services

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Couple Estate and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including but not limited to:

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Couple Estate from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
