Federal loan-loss-share program that helps small businesses access term loans up to $1M for equipment, leasehold improvements, and commercial real estate.

First Home Savings Account
A registered, tax-free savings vehicle for first-time homebuyers. Contributions are tax-deductible; qualifying withdrawals for a first home are tax-free.

GST/HST New Housing Rebate (incl. Ontario HST Removal Window)
Federal GST rebate up to $6,300 on new homes; Ontario HST rebate up to $24,000. From March 25, 2026 to March 31, 2027, Ontario fully removes the 8% provincial portion for first-time buyers on new builds under $1,000,000.

Withdraw up to $60,000 from your RRSP tax-free to buy your first home. Repay over 15 years (5-year grace for 2022–2025 withdrawals).

Refund of up to $4,000 of Ontario Land Transfer Tax for eligible first-time home buyers. Toronto buyers also qualify for a separate municipal rebate up to $4,475.
